What We Do

Appsolve Ltd provides contracting solutions for IT contractors whether working in the UK or internationally.

While working on contract, agents and their clients require that you are covered with various insurances and at a certain level of cover: Appsolves insurance portfolio has sufficient cover to protect you from any eventuality and meets the needs of both the agents and client.

By working with us, you have all the benefits of a limited company without the headache of administering it. We take care of all the legal and administrative issues involved with running a company such as the contract paperwork, time sheet management, monthly invoicing and payments.

We adhere to strict measures of compliance to ensure your peace of mind while working on contract.

For Contractors

Time sheet management

Whether you are working with a client time sheet management system, or a manual system we will manage your time sheet and if necessary arrange for the authorisation signatures.

Contract management

As a freelance contractor, you will want the best out of your assignment. Your contract with Appsolve, will provide you with flexibility during your contract, allow for payments to be made anywhere in the world and the assurance that all legal requirements are met. We arrange for the all contracts to be delivered to us and will arrange for the signatories – You need only sign your contract and start earning.

Payments

We invoice on your approved time sheet and pay you on the same day we receive the funds. Appsolve can pay you anywhere in the world and in any currency.

Tax Advice

If you require, we will appoint an accountant to prepare your year end financials for tax purposes (T&C's apply).

Insurance

Appsolve’s insurance portfolio has sufficient cover to protect you from any eventuality and comply’s with the agents requirements.

Personal Assistance

Appsolve will assist you every step of the way with our team of friendly and helpful staff. It is like having your own personal assistant.

Support

By providing the contractor with top support, and endeavouring to meet his every need, we minimise your workload in dealing with the contractor, which in turn, enhances your relationship with the contractor and keeps him on yours and our books. We will go the extra mile to assist you in signing the deal with your client.

Any tax advice needed to determine take home salary, accommodation costs or other information which you may require to close the deal, simply ask, and we will deliver.

Compliance

We keep abreast with all new legislation and ensure that our contracts are updated to comply with HMRC's guidelines.

Insurance

Our insurance portfolio is sufficient to meet the requirements of both you and your clients. We provide medical and travel insurance for Contactors whose work requires that they travel.
